What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is a very important aspect in my life. Those aspects being socially emotionally and physically well. I integrate wellness into my life everyday by making sure I get enough sleep and rest. Make sure I am staying active and making sure to calm my mind and not stay stressed.
