What's Your favorite project you've worked on and why? (ex. what were the steps involved? Did you collaborate with others? What roadblocks did you run into and how did you solve them?)

My favourite project that I've worked on is a recruitment campaign for York University. I helped plan, shoot and edit engaging content with the goal of promoting the university's unique value propositions. Roadblocks like competing ideas and visions were something I ran into. The team and other stakeholder had various different approach they wanted to implement. As part of the social media team, I proposed blending the ideas and focusing on trending and engaging formats which solved the problem.
