Can you share an example of your project management skills?
While working at Amazon Web Services, one of my projects was to schedule, interview, and document my team's unique methodologies. I reached out to each team member individually, and spoke with them in detail about their processes. After weeks of information gathering, I organized all the knowledge into a comprehensive PowerPoint and Wiki page to share with the larger organization. I checked with each individual to ensure satisfaction with the way their process was presented, and they all gave their utmost support. I finished this project ahead of schedule, and in high attention to detail.
