Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
At my current job at the movie theater customers are encouraged to use touchscreen and self service kiosks to purchase tickets. Many seniors find the kiosks intimidating, but plenty of times I have helped seniors by taking them through the process step-by-step, and explaining to them why the transaction wasn’t going through or what went wrong. Afterwards they do not fear using the kiosks and not only does this help improve their lives, but it also helps the productivity of the movie theater by keeping the traffic at the kiosks rather than concessions.

Do you like working with seniors?
Yes, I enjoy working with seniors. Often seniors just need someone to be patient and kind to them, and I feel better having known that I helped someone solve an issue, especially if they were stumped and frustrated.

Are you comfortable speaking to existing customers on the phone
Yes, I am very comfortable speaking to customers on the phone. I have experience with talking through customers both in person and on the phone through working at the front desk of a fitness center and as a greeter for a theater.
