Long, jargon-filled explanations or vague messaging make it hard to understand what the brand actually offers, while content that is tone-deaf or insensitive can feel disrespectful. Even hype-heavy claims without proof come across as hollow. In short, content that feels annoying, misleading, or disconnected from real life is an instant turnoff.

If you had one week to introduce FORAH to young professionals, what would you do?

If I had one week to introduce FORAH to young professionals, I’d focus on making it visible, relatable, and trustworthy. I’d start by clearly framing FORAH as a natural, everyday sunscreen that fits into a busy modern routine. Social media would be the main launch platform, with short, stylish videos showing FORAH in morning routines, commutes, workouts, and weekend plans. I’d partner with micro-influencers, like fitness instructors, skincare creators, and other young professionals to share authentic experiences using the product. At the same time, I’d post simple educational content explaining why daily sun protection matters and how natural sunblock works. Real-life touchpoints, like pop-ups at cafés, gyms, or co-working spaces, would make FORAH feel tangible, while user reviews and testimonials would build trust. By the end of the week, a small promotion or "starter bundle" would encourage trial, leaving young professionals seeing FORAH as a smart, effortless way to protect their skin every day.
