Tell me about a time you experimented with content creation or marketing—what worked, what didn’t, and what did you learn?
One effective experiment involved testing short-form video clips for podcast promotion. I took key soundbites from an episode, added captions, and formatted them for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. What Worked:Engaging hooks in the first 3 seconds boosted retention.Bold captions and fast cuts kept viewers watching.Posting consistently led to steady growth. What Didn’t:Posting without a clear CTA (e.g., “Listen to the full episode”) didn’t convert well.Generic clips without emotional pull got low engagement.Lesson Learned:Short-form content is powerful, but it needs a compelling hook, strong visuals, and a direct CTA to drive real audience growth.

Can you walk me through your process for editing a video and audio podcast episode from raw footage to final upload?
Gather all raw footage and audio files. Import into editing software.
Sync video and audio if recorded separately. Cut out dead air, mistakes, and filler words for a smooth flow.
Enhance Audio Normalize volume levels. Remove background noise and apply EQ & compression for clarity.
Edit Video Add jump cuts, zoom-ins, and overlays to keep engagement high. Insert lower-thirds (name tags), episode title, and any visual aids.
Add Music & Sound Design Use intro/outro music and subtle background music if needed. Add sound effects for emphasis.
Create Social Media Clips Extract short, engaging clips for Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Add captions for accessibility.
Export & Upload Render in high quality. Write an engaging title, description, and timestamps before uploading. That’s the core process.
