startups are weird (but fun!) places. what intrigues you about the startup world?
What intrigues me most about the startup world is the fast-paced, creative problem-solving environment where every decision can have a direct impact. Unlike big corporations with rigid structures, startups are dynamic, scrappy, and full of possibilities—which makes them both exciting and unpredictable.
I love the build-from-scratch mentality, where people wear multiple hats, experiment rapidly, and iterate based on real feedback. There’s also an energy in startups that comes from passionate teams rallying around a shared vision—it’s not just about a job, but about creating something meaningful.
The mix of high risk and high reward is thrilling, and while things can be chaotic, that chaos fuels innovation, adaptability, and resilience.

how do you approach creator-brand marketing, and how comfortable do you feel helping to build a college lifestyle-based personal care brand?
I’d approach creator-brand marketing by focusing on authentic, relatable content that connects with the college lifestyle. Since personal care is highly visual and experience-based, I’d prioritize UGC (user-generated content), influencer partnerships, and organic storytelling to make the brand feel like a natural part of students' daily routines.
