Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.

I would approach them as a peer asking if they would be interested in becoming a partner. I always avoid the generic on-boarding language and find something to open the conversation with. Ill use their content and ask an open ended question to build familiarity and then from then ease into becoming a partner.

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?

By seeking those who are consistently growing and learning to further themselves and their content. I would take to tiktok or Instagram and look for large influencers. A lot of the time the up and coming talent will post in their comments casually to try and get their own name out. I would look through, see whos currently creating and reach out if they match my earlier criteria.

What social media platform do you believe is best for Pinch's audience and why?

Tiktok or Instagram. The influencers on these platfirms don't usually make it due to oversaturation. There's a lot of people to assist and a lot who'd be receptive to this service.
