How do you approach testing and evaluating new skin health products?
The most important thing is pictures before, during and after the use of the product for a certain amount of time. Depending on the product other specifics are evaluated like skin elasticity, shine, brightness, plumpness and tone.

Can you provide an example of a time when you had to give feedback on a product's effectiveness?
I study Pharmaceutical Chemistry and I have experience regarding the making of a cosmetic product, the quality control of it and the clinical trials to determine its effectiveness. I specifically had to test a dandruff oil on many volunteers.
