I would like to say that I love the branding and the marketing that has been done. I think that I would emphasize the human aspect of the business by showing more of the bts, the production and the team.

My experience, for the time being, has been being a consumer. I think that as a consumer the brands that stick with you are the ones that make you feel like you are part of a community, they sort of become a part of you and you associate them with important memories. That is the type of social media presence that brands of something so essential, like cosmetics, should have, cause their products accompany us on a daily basis.
