I ensure my online reviews are genuine and impactful by only reviewing products I’ve personally used and by being specific about my real experience with them. I focus on concrete details—what problem the product solved, how easy it was to use, how it compared to similar products, and any noticeable results—rather than vague praise. This helps readers trust that the review is authentic and useful. To make reviews impactful, I balance positives with honest observations and explain who the product is best suited for. I write clearly, from a customer’s perspective, and keep the tone natural and unbiased, so the review feels helpful rather than promotional.

To acquire customers, I would combine structured research with creative, personalized outreach. I would identify brands selling at Target, Whole Foods, and on Shopify, then research founders and executives to understand their growth challenges before reaching out. Drawing on my marketing and entrepreneurship background, I would personalize messages using relevant insights about their brand, recent product launches, or sustainability initiatives, making outreach feel thoughtful rather than generic. I would also leverage LinkedIn, warm introductions through nonprofit and school networks, and event-based outreach (such as trade shows or product launches) to build trust quickly. My experience running campaigns and building partnerships has taught me that credibility, personalization, and consistent follow-up are what turn cold leads into signed customers—and I would apply that same approach here to consistently exceed the average customer target.

My past experience shows a strong foundation in outreach, leadership, and relationship-building that directly translates to growth and customer acquisition. As the Founder of Young Environmental Superheroes (YES!), I built a nonprofit from the ground up—brainstorming the idea, registering the organization, partnering with local libraries, and engaging families and communities to participate in our programs.
