Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
While working on a project with people from many different departments, everyone had different ideas that needed to be communicated to the client. However, there were communication issues as the client would not get back in time or would not fully understand our ideas. As the project manager of the project, I took the initiative to set up a call with our client and communicate our expectations from our end, and explain how we are working through the project and completing tasks. This allowed both parties to have a clearer understanding of the work that was happening and allowed it to be executed smoothly.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
Communication and organization are the keys to me when managing multiple clients. It is important to create a timeline of all the tasks that have to be done in a list, with the highest priority being on top. It is also key to be able to have time management skills if a task needs attention right away.
