I would say that I mainly consume beauty content from instagram because there is such a wide variety of content. Not only can l learn more about skincare but I can also learn about ways to take better care of my hair.

What role does journaling play in your life?
Journaling has recently become an essential part of my routine. It enables me to see my day to day progress which I find very important. Tracking different experiences that happen on a daily basis enable me to see certain patterns in my behavior and decide whether it is something that should be altered or not.
