3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?
I started my curly hair journey in 8th grade, starting with deva curl and moving away from silicones in my products, I tried co washing, plopping, the pineapple, the denman brush, you name it! I am continuouslyt searching for better products through social media such as tiktok and instagram to keep up with curly hair girlies and natural hair care brands.
2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
As a multiracial girl myself, I understand the difficulties of caring for our hair in big corporate stores like target where our hair isn’t the main demographic. I would guide them towards the As I Am products, explain the benefits and help them build a routine using our products. (Cream, mousse, and a gel is my go to!)
1️⃣ Share an example of a time you used your communication skills to effectively drive sales or enhance a brand's reputation on the sales floor?
While working in fast food at Buona, many times people would complain about items being taken off the menu or prices increasing and my best way of navigating that situation was empathizing with them “Omg! I miss the chips so much too!…” but then lead them to a new item that’s similar, “ …But we just started trying out onion rings and theyre amazing honestly, with some of our buona sauce they’re my favorite:)”
