What was your favorite toy growing up?
My favorite toy growing up would of been the fake plastic makeup. Ever since a little girl I loved makeup and applying it to others and myself.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is the well-being of your health, mind, physically emotionally and spiritually. The way I integrate wellness in my lifestyle is by incorporating self care time to myself, take mental breaks, eat nutritious meals, step back and reflect.
