I stay calm and try to understand where the customer is coming from by putting myself in their shoes, then work to find a solution. If necessary, I collaborate with others to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

How would you represent WIP Energy in a way that connects with college students on your campus?
I’d rep WIP by making it part of everyday student life, bringing it to study sessions, workouts, and campus events so people see it as their go-to boost. I’d also create fun, authentic content with other students to show how it fits naturally into our routines.
