I would first gather a list of interested individuals to get a head count and find a venue to set aside a date/time within a good time frame & budget. The event details will then be set aside, such as food, activities, goodie bags, and speakers. I would then send out invites or advertise in person/on social media, and ensure the venue is in a convenient location to reach as much of an audience as possible. Of course, venue is highly dependent on the type of wellness event- private or public.

I go to the gym regularly and attend the free classes hosted by many of our school's gyms; I have attended pilates, yoga, and strength classes at my school. There are tennis courts where I play, and overall love to keep up with the new trends/activities our school has to offer!

Absolutely- we have a huge gym culture at my school and a spot where brands can freely advertise their products at no cost, reaching easily 7,000+ students on a daily basis! Students love to see the different products on display/sale/sample, so this would be an easy task!
