If you were managing our social media, what story or theme would you highlight first, and why?
If I were managing Refundly’s social media, I’d focus on relatable return struggles and show how Refundly simplifies them. For example, I’d create TikToks using humor (something that resonates with our generation quite well) and trending audios to highlight common frustrations, like waiting forever for refunds, or worse when companies do not respond at all and position Refundly as the easy solution :)

Do you have experience with Figma + Canva?
Canva was my go-to during my college years (sorry powerpoint). I used it all the time from my presentations (professors were impressed) to posters and social media posts! I'm currently learning photoshop and very open to start learning about Figma as well!
