What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
Soaking themselves in knowledge about the brand, its history, its values, vision and mission, its culture and the industry it’s in, among other relevant information. Scouting the internet for the newest trends, learning about different social media algorithms and creating growth, engagement and identity strategies, as well as understanding the industry’s panorama on and offline and nurturing the game plan and content from there.
