Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
When I interned at a resource center in San Francisco, most of our clients were over the age of 60 and primarily spoke a language that was not English. I particularly helped them with filling out intakes with the client and getting the needed information from them in their language and fill it in on the intake in English.
