In high school, I founded a women empowerment club to create a supportive space where students could connect, share stories, and discuss important issues. I organized clothing drives and created care kits for women in India. From building the club's mission to organizing events and recruiting members, I learned how to lead with purpose and foster inclusivity.

As the Director of the Defining Her Future Conference, I had to be highly detail-oriented to execute this event that hosts around 500 attendees annually. From managing budgets, coordinating with multiple sponsors, and overseeing timelines, and addressing unforeseen challenges, every aspect required precision, organization, and a proactive approach to upkeep the conference's high standards and success.
