Interview Questions
Kaizen & Nexari
UGC Brand Ambassador for Virtual Mental Health Clinic

How would you create content around a topic that some find sensitive?
I would create content that people find relatable rather than adsy, such as addressing the fact that many men feel silenced and avoid talking about mental health because it can be perceived as not masculine. I am confident that many people will relate to the content I create, as people are often afraid to talk about things I have personally gone through. I believe this approach can feel refreshing for audiences and can generate sales naturally.

Do you have experience with mental health or therapy? are you comfortable sharing your experience in a vague manner?
I have personally experienced depression and sought treatment, including taking antidepressants, during a period when I struggled to find balance in my life. Going through that process gave me a deeper understanding of how mental health can affect every area of a personās functioning, as well as how meaningful the right support can be. I am comfortable acknowledging this experience in a general way and speaking about it thoughtfully, while maintaining clear boundaries and professionalism.

Are you based in LOS ANGELES and able to work full time?
No, I am not currently based in Los Angeles, but I am based in France and have successfully worked with multiple U.S. based brands and companies. Hopefully this will not be an issue, as Iām highly flexible, experienced with cross-time-zone collaboration, and fully committed to delivering strong results.
