How do you think about the difference between content that builds a brand vs. content that drives a purchase?

well building a brand is the most important factor because you're building a community with people that understand what your brand is about, its not just about selling products. People have to know the brands core values and also you should want a community of engaged viewers. Also content that drives a purchase is super important but you can go about doing that in so many different ways that don't feel to salesy. Purchase content drives a lot of action. Brand content builds trust and a real connection over time.

If you had to create one piece of content for Sousa this week, what would it be and why?

I would make a short form video about a post workout snack, showing how to use it and list the benefits of drinking Sousa, I would include how its been helping me in my fitness journey and sell that

How would you increase engagement for a new Supplement brand on social media?

I would focus on building trust and relatability rather than just promoting the product. I would create a ton of short form videos to get people engaged, and I would try to sell a feeling instead of just the product. I would highlight the before and after of the product and why someone would need this in their daily routine.
