While I haven’t officially managed a brand account yet, I’ve helped small businesses and creators build engagement through thoughtful, on-brand interactions. For the comment: “OMG @poundcake, this is the best lip oil ever!” I’d respond with something like: “We’re screaming 😭💕 So happy you’re loving it, tell your lips we said hi 😘💄” It keeps the tone playful, appreciative, and totally in line with a beauty brand that thrives on personality and connection.
