Share a time you had to think creatively to solve a problem?
One time I had to think creatively to solve a problem was when I was working on a school project that required building a functioning model of a wind turbine. We were given limited materials and had to generate enough energy to power a small LED light bulb.
Initially, my team and I faced a challenge because we lacked the necessary resources to build a conventional turbine design. We brainstormed and realized that we could approach the problem from a different angle. Instead of trying to mimic a traditional wind turbine, we decided to create a unique design inspired by nature.
We observed how palm trees sway in the wind and realized that their flexible nature allows them to withstand strong gusts. Taking inspiration from this, we decided to design a turbine with flexible blades made from lightweight materials.
