Why are you interested in working with Cloutra specifically ApplyQuick?

I’m excited to work with Cloutra and ApplyQuick because I’m deeply passionate about career development, and I know how powerful Reddit, or social media in general can be when engagement is authentic and value driven. I love building trust in niche communities like the subreddits on reddit, and I see this role as a chance to contribute meaningfully to career conversations while growing your presence the right way, not just for karma, but for impact and connection with others!

Can you provide examples of successful community engagement strategies you've implemented on Reddit or similar platforms?

I'm not on reddit currently, but have engaged on YouTube, particularly on the skincare side, where I have replied to other people's comments and gotten likes and replies from multiple users. Aside from skincare/beauty side of youtube, as a student i frequently engage in video lessons and commentary or essay style videos on education where I've gotten hearts from the creators in the past

How would you approach building up Reddit karma authentically and meaningfully within a short timeframe?

STEP 1. Identifying posts that could get a lot of engagement early on. For example: If a user posts a question that's very interesting/unique it's likely to get a lot of comments. If we comment early, we'll stand out more

STEP 2. is to make comments unique to the vibe of the subreddit, if the subreddit is usually very humorous and light hearted, making comments similar to the vibe would help and same applies for other kinds of subreddits too
