Interview Questions
RM Creative
Social Media Manager / Video Editor

Why are you interested in this role?
I believe this opportunity is the perfect intersection of my interests! As a marketing and psychology graduate, I am passionate about business, consumer behavior, and all things creative. I came in second place at my college's innovation and entrepreneurship competition and in addition to my experience creating, curating, and managing social media content and multimedia for various organizations, I am also a content creator myself and enjoy filming and editing videos in my spare time!
Passion Tree
Influencer Sourcing Assistant
Can you effectively and efficiently source 20-30 creators an hour (within a given niche) with a total of 14 hours per month?
Especially with the scope of influencers and the popularity of today's social media platforms, I am positive that I can source several relevant influencers within a given period of time. Even I am discovering new and interesting influencers every day!
Passion Tree
Influencer Sourcing Assistant
What ways do you plan on sourcing creators, and how will you focus on specifically finding creators within a certain niche?
Right off the bat, I would prioritize looking into the audience demographics of potential influencers we are looking to partner with. Since Passion Tree is selling alcoholic beverages, but at the same time, differentiates itself through its simplistic/minimal design, sustainably-sourced ingredients, and innovative flavors, I might consider targeting young audiences between 21-35, for instance. Next, I may look into the type of content those influencers create. Lifestyle or food vloggers would be more relevant options than beauty bloggers, for example. Even then, I would have to consider how we might be able to integrate (or even directly promote) Passion Tree's products in these influencers' videos in a way that maintains both our brand identity and the influencer's. These are just a few ways I might begin my research and sourcing of influencers, although I'm certain there will be much more to learn from both Passion Tree and the feedback I receive once I begin working.
