If I were planning a campus event, I’d set up a small scent station where people could mix or choose fragrances that match their mood or vibe. It gives everyone something interactive to do, sparks conversation, and makes the event feel more personal and memorable. People could leave with a scent they customized themselves, which turns the experience into something they carry with them after the event ends.

Customizable fragrance experiences resonate with Gen Z because they value individuality and want products that feel personal, not one size fits all. Being able to choose scents that match their mood, vibe, or routine makes the experience feel creative and expressive. It also fits how Gen Z shops, where they look for brands that let them participate, experiment, and feel like the product reflects who they are.

How would you share your fragrance experience authentically with your audience?
I’d share my fragrance experience by tying it to real moments in my day instead of describing it like an ad. I’d show when I reach for it, like getting ready in the morning, heading out, or winding down at night, and talk about how it makes me feel in those moments. Keeping it personal, casual, and connected to my routine helps it feel honest and relatable, so my audience experiences it with me rather than just hearing about it.
