My approach to onboarding new partners efficiently would start with setting clear expectations from the beginning, including goals, timelines, and communication channels. I would provide partners with a simple onboarding guide or checklist so they understand the process, brand guidelines, and deliverables. I’d also schedule an initial kickoff conversation to answer questions and align on objectives. From there, I’d maintain regular communication and provide any resources they need to help the partnership run smoothly.
