I would try to maket it: Partner with cafés, gyms, or events to set up a “BeReal Time” zone — when the BeReal notification goes off, everyone takes a photo. Add signs that say “Take your BeReal here. Haven’t downloaded it yet? Scan here.” Provide small freebies for those who show the app installed.
