In your opinion, which brand is crushing it on social media right now?
Duolingo on tiktok is the first thing that comes to mind right now. Their social media manager is doing an amazing job keeping up with trends and their ability to take risks paid off because they are engaging the new audience and are able to keep themselves relevant.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me means how you are doing in all aspects of your life, including mentally and physically. In order to keep my wellness up I parttake in various self care activities. For me i found keeping a clean house helps me mentally so I like to clean once a week and top it off by buying fresh flowers. I also like to take long showers. Music is another huge part of my wellness routine.
