What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness means taking care of my physical, mental, and emotional health in order to live a balanced and fulfilling life. This includes regular exercise, eating a healthy and varied diet, getting enough sleep, managing stress and practicing self-care, and maintaining relationships with loved ones. I try to integrate wellness into my daily routine by setting aside time for activities that nourish my body and mind, such as yoga, meditation, and outdoor walks. I also make an effort to prioritize my own needs and well-being, and to seek support when needed. By making wellness a priority, I am able to live a happier and more resilient life.
