What experience do you have with CRM platforms or property management software?
I have hands-on experience with several CRM and property management platforms that have helped me streamline operations and strengthen client relationships. In my current role at JPMorgan Chase, I use Salesforce daily to manage client pipelines, track communications, and analyze relationship data to improve customer engagement. Previously, in real estate, I worked extensively with Follow Up Boss to manage leads, automate follow-ups, and maintain organized client interactions throughout the buying and selling process. Additionally, I use Buildium to manage my own rental properties, which has given me practical experience with lease tracking, maintenance requests, rent collection, and financial reporting. These tools have helped me stay organized, efficient, and customer-focused across different aspects of business and property management.

When working remotely, I prioritize and manage multiple tasks by staying organized, structured, and intentional with my time. Each day, I review my task list, identify the most time-sensitive or high-impact items, and use digital tools to set deadlines, block focused work periods, and track progress. I break larger projects into smaller, manageable steps to stay productive and avoid overwhelm, while maintaining clear communication with my team through regular updates and check-ins to ensure priorities stay aligned. Above all, I stay disciplined, proactive, and adaptable—focusing on meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and working efficiently no matter where I am.
