What influencers should W Labs work with in 2025?

W Labs should focus on partnering with micro to mid-tier creators who have highly engaged, niche audiences—especially those in the wellness, skincare, and productivity spaces. These creators often have more trust and influence within their communities, which is key for driving authentic brand awareness. Some great fits for 2025 include:@kaylacoleslaw – known for her soft, wellness-centered aesthetic and relatable content@anisasojka – minimalistic lifestyle and skincare content with a clean, elevated vibe@nariyax – balances fashion, beauty, and everyday life with a calming, intimate tone@sydneymaycrouch – UK-based lifestyle creator who blends beauty, daily vlogs, and homeCollege/grad school micro-influencers – rising creators on TikTok and Instagram with <50K followers who focus on routines, wellness, and soft girl productivityThese influencers align with a growing Gen Z preference for calm, informative, and aesthetic content that feels authentic rather than over-produced. I would also recommend exploring Pinterest creators and TikTokers who are building loyal followings around “real-life” self-care and wellness routines.

Do you have experience in influencer Marketing or Social Media? If so explain what projects you've worked on?

Yes, I have experience managing and creating content for my personal lifestyle brand, The Scholarly Girl, where I focus on soft girl aesthetics, grad school routines, beauty, and wellness. Through this, I’ve gained hands-on experience with content strategy, trend research, video production, and audience engagement on TikTok.I’ve also worked on small-scale influencer projects, such as reviewing Goli's green powder supplement, where I focused on highlighting the product in a calm, lifestyle-based routine. These experiences have helped me understand how to position a product naturally, identify what resonates with viewers, and maintain consistent visual branding. While I haven’t managed large-scale influencer campaigns yet, I’m confident in my ability to scout creators, track performance, and support brand visibility through thoughtful content and collaboration.

Can you provide an example of a successful content campaign you've worked on in the past?

While I’m still early in my creator journey, one of my most successful content pieces so far was a GRWM-style video I created for my soft girl lifestyle brand, The Scholarly Girl. I incorporated wellness and beauty routines in a way that felt calm, aesthetic, and authentic. The content aligned with popular formats Gen Z loves, and it received strong engagement for my account size—proving that the tone and visuals resonated with viewers. That experience taught me how to create content that feels both branded and personal, and how to use trends and structure to keep people watching. It also gave me confidence in scripting, editing, and delivering consistent messaging, which I’m excited to apply to larger campaigns going forward.
