how do you plan to track successful and unsuccessful content strategies?

I'd build a simple weekly content tracker logging each post's reach, impressions, saves, shares, and follower growth. For TikTok I'd pay close attention to average watch time and completion rate — those tell you more than likes. For Instagram, saves and shares on Reels are the clearest signal of resonance. Every two weeks I'd do a mini audit: identify the top 3 performing posts and reverse-engineer what they had in common (format, hook style, audio, topic), then double down on those patterns. Underperforming content gets analyzed too — I'd look at where people drop off and adjust accordingly. The goal is to let data guide creativity, not replace it.

What do you think makes a viral video?

A viral video hits three things at once: an irresistible hook in the first two seconds, a strong emotional reaction (whether that's laughing, feeling seen, or being genuinely surprised), and shareability — it has to make someone think 'I need to send this to someone right now.' For a beauty tech app like Glamir, that could look like a satisfying before/after transformation, a relatable beauty struggle that the app solves, or a trend-jacked format that makes the product feel culturally relevant. The algorithm rewards watch time and shares above all, so the goal is always to make something people finish and then pass along.
