If someone at Whole Foods says, “I already have a protein powder I like,” how would you respond?

For this product specifically, I would ask them if the protein powder they use is a clear powder, and whether they know if it provides a complete protein source. I would then transition into advertising these key qualities of RNWY's product and explaining why a clear powder might be more desirable for its solubility, and the health benefits of a complete protein source.

Why do you think in-store sampling still matters in a world dominated by social media and digital ads?

Because the world is so dominated by digital ads, consumers have become accustomed to clicking past them. In such a time when we are so desensitized to digital content, and our attention spans are growingly increasingly shorter when it comes to paying digital ads any mind, in person interaction can be an invaluable way to reach consumers without encountering the automatic shields consumers set up around digital encroachment.

What makes someone trustworthy when representing a brand in public?

It is important for a representative of a brand to really know what the brand is marketing and selling to consumers, and have firsthand experience using that brand's product. Having in-depth knowledge about how the product can affect consumers, both positively and negatively, is an extremely important asset for a brand representative. Beyond understanding the product inside and out, the representative must also come off as approachable and likeable by consumers.
