I don't have personal experiences like facilitating social media interactions for brands. But, if I saw that comment on IG, I'd reply with something like, "Hey Trinity, we're so glad you're loving the lip oil! Thanks for sharing the love! ✨"

How do you plan to maintain a consistent brand voice while engaging with followers on social media?
To keep my voice consistent, I'll use captions and hooks, foster community by incorporating Story replies, and make longer Stories with a clear storyline.
