What are some examples of brands who you think are doing a great job on social?

I think brands like Poppi, Olipop, and Rhode are doing a great job on social right now. Poppi and Olipop do an excellent job of making their products feel like part of everyday life through relatable, trend-driven content and strong hooks. Their content feels fun, native to the platform, and highly shareable. Rhode stands out for its clean aesthetic and strong brand identity—they balance aspirational visuals with content that still feels current and engaging. I also like how all of these brands combine trend participation with clear brand voice, so even when they follow trends, it still feels uniquely theirs.

How would you increase engagement for a new product launch?

I would focus on building anticipation before the launch, strong storytelling during, and community after. Before launch, I’d create teaser content—quick clips, hints, and “coming soon” moments—to build curiosity. During launch, I’d use high-energy, relatable content like taste tests, reactions, and “first impressions” with strong hooks to grab attention. I’d also lean into trends, creator collaborations, and interactive content (questions, comments, POVs) to drive engagement. After launch, I’d double down on what’s performing, respond actively to the audience, and turn feedback into new content. The goal is to make the product feel like something people are discovering together—not just being sold to.
