what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?
A creative way to lead sampling on and off campus would be to turn it into an interactive “beauty pop-up experience” instead of just handing out products. On campus, I’d set up a small “Try & Choose” station where students can test ColourPop products, take mini shade quizzes (like “your vibe = your lip color”), and walk away with samples matched to their personality or style. I’d also add a social media element—like a selfie mirror station with lighting so people can immediately post and tag the brand for extra samples or giveaways.Off campus, I’d bring the same concept to high-traffic areas like coffee shops, dorm events, or local student-populated spots. I’d focus on quick, mobile-friendly sampling kits paired with QR codes that lead to tutorials, looks, or influencer content using the exact product they received. The goal would be to make sampling feel fun, personalized, and shareable so people aren’t just trying the product—they’re experiencing the brand.

How would you engage your audience to promote ColourPop products?
I’d focus on content that feels fun and interactive rather than “salesy.” For example, I’d post quick TikToks like “creating a full makeup look using only ColourPop” or “testing their newest drop in real time,” where the audience can see honest reactions and results.I’d also use trends like GRWM (get ready with me), before-and-after transformations, and “rating my makeup at the end of the day” to show real wear and performance. Adding polls, “pick my look” comments, or letting followers vote on which shades to try next would make the audience feel involved instead of just being sold to.Overall, the goal would be to keep it relatable, visually satisfying, and interactive so the product feels naturally part of everyday beauty content.

What I like about ColourPop is that it’s affordable, super trendy, and always coming out with new collections that match what’s popular on social media. It makes it easy to try fun makeup looks without spending a lot.
