As a black woman I constantly follow people with either similar hair as mine or hair professionals. I even look up what products are good for my 4c hair

2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
If I didn't know the answer I'd look it up. If I did know the answer I would ask her questions about themselves and try to use that to connect and give them the answer they need.

1️⃣ Share an example of a time you used your communication skills to effectively drive sales or enhance a brand's reputation on the sales floor?
I used to be a brand ambassador and travel to different states to promote different brands that I supported. I liked using my personal experiences like when I worked for aspca I would tell how I had to give my dog away and he got adopted that same day. I would be energetic, peppy, open and inviting. It's to build a personal relationship with a person you literally met less than 5 minutes ago
