Social Media Content Creation Intern

what's the first content idea that pops into your head?
The first idea that pops into my head is creating fun, relatable content that encourages group reactions. For example, taste tests with friends, family, or couples. It makes the product feel social and shareable. For example, challenges or gifting styled-reels can be done where people surprise someone with Legally Addictive snacks. This type of content is playful, personal, and trend-friendly, which could help it take off organically.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you have managed in the past?
One successful campaign I led was for a campus clothing swap event called The Swap, in partnership with Depop and two school organizations. I planned, hosted, and promoted the event over two weeks using flyers, promotional reels, and skits across Instagram and university social platforms. The campaign gained over 30,000 views and brought in 200+ attendees. It was a great example of using creative content and collaboration to drive real-world turnout.

How do you stay updated on social media trends and changes in algorithms?
I stay on top of social media trends by consistently using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and CapCut to explore what’s trending in real time. As the founder of a media company and a Depop Campus Manager, I regularly create and edit content, track platform patterns, and test new formats to see what drives engagement. I adapt quickly to changes by observing how different content types perform and adjusting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
