TikTok Content Creator for Travel App

How would you engage viewers in a short TikTok app demo?

I'd focus on creating strong hooks that immediately target travelers' pain points in the first 3 seconds. For Japan travel content, I might start with 'This is the only app you need to plan your Japan trip.', demonstrate how Takeoff simplifies travel planning compared to manually organizing spreadsheets, saved TikToks, and reels, which is something many travelers struggle with, including me.

I believe a good social media/UGC marketing starts by having a genuinely useful product, and even strong marketing can backfire if the product itself doesn't solve a real problem. In Takeoff's case, I think the product already naturally answers travel needs, especially because many people now discover destinations through TikTok and Instagram before building an itinerary. I can showcase in-app features like pasting social media links and how easy it is to share itineraries with friends, as the features itself becomes the part of content/marketing because it immediately feels practical and relatable to users.

Since I already create Japan-related content and frequently travel around the country, I can integrate authentic travel footage. I'll also be joining a short program in South Korea this June, which gives me more opportunities to create additional travel-focused content for different audiences.

When I grow UGC accounts, I usually interact with related creators and communities through comments and engagement strategies to help build more visibility and create more organic interaction around the content, this strategy has been proven effective through one of the UGC accounts I am currently growing for a language learning app https://www.tiktok.com/@nihongostudycafe
