I will never lie just to earn a couple extra dollars, and I understand feedback is supposed to be both good and bad. Theres no reason to request feedback if you just want to hear everything good about it, you want the pros and cons.

For me personally its all about the sensory experience, smell and feel are major factors in how much or how little I enjoy using a product.
