A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
If a customer left a negative review on a social media site I would either answer with a sympathizing question with why this customer did write this negative review. What made this persons experience negative? Or I would make a comment with a resoning of why that may have happend and that we are working on it and /or it will never happen again, depending on what the review said.

How would you spread the word about Candier on campus?
Maybe add an option to customise the heading or the entire text on the candles for an additional price. Making the candles more personalised for the costumers and maybe get some ideas for new and upcoming candles.
