As the manager of a 200-member followers group, I focused on building a more engaging and respectful community. I used analytics to identify peak times and popular topics, adjusted posting schedules accordingly, and created a simple moderation plan with trained volunteers to maintain a safe space. This approach led to a notable rise in overall group engagement.
