If a customer left a negative review of our products on our socials, how would you respond/ handle the issue?

I would apologize for the bad experience that they had gotten from our products and maybe even offer them a free products or a refund depending on the severity of the negative review because the customers matter and they take money out of their pockets to help businesses grow and prosper.
