Do you have experience in influencer Marketing or Social Media? If so explain what projects you've worked on?

Yes, I have over 5 years of experience in social media marketing. First, I was the director of marketing and communications for an education non-profit. I worked with several other brands to increase our reach after launch leading to over 600+ followers in under 4 months, publications in global newspapers, and over $10,000 secured in funding. Additionally, I have developed several social media campaigns for ART X Lagos, the largest art fair in West Africa. Here, I worked in the strategy side to help improve our engagement, especially for our Gen Z audience. Lastly, I was the Social Media intern for the New York Film and Music Foundation, assisting them in building a brand identity, developing campaigns for ur roster of artists, and creating Instagram posts.

Can you share a successful strategy you implemented to grow a brand's Instagram following?

I was the director of marketing and communications for a non-profit. I was able to grow our followers significantly by conducting several campaigns that taught our audience about who we were and aligned with our mission. One of our goals was to bring equitable access to the college application process. After spending time researching the non-profit space, I was able to implement a weekly education series, in which we would share important details, calling it "The Process" series. This was materials we even used in our pitches.
