I would ask what the issue is follow the proper actions suitable to the situation. The best way to handle this situation is to explain ow the product works and offer them other products to choose from.

In my opinion, if a product doesn't have reviews I'm skeptical of buying it. I feel very secure in purchasing products if they have numerous reviews, and it's a bonus if those reviews have photos as well.
