I stay up to date by staying vigilant and active on different social media platforms. I frequent other companies accounts and see what they are working with as well as just keeping up with trends.

If a customer left a negative review of our products on our socials, how would you respond/ handle the issue?
I would thank them for their feedback and depending on what they had a negative experience with, send them a private message / have them reach out to customer service to get more information about what went wrong with their experience and try to come to a conclusion on what can be done to help.

Participating as a Digital Marketing trainee I learned how to create paid and organic social media content for different platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Additionally, I designed and built e-commerce websites using Shopify and implemented brand guidelines while collaborating with a global team to complete marketing tasks.
