What ways do you plan on sourcing creators, and how will you focus on specifically finding creators within a certain niche?
I think the best way to source creators is on social media. The search bar is extremely helpful. Once finding potential candidates, doing thorough research across their content to see if they properly align with the company's values and purpose.

What interests you about this role? Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
I have a very strong interest in influencer marketing. I also think this role offers a great opportunity to see the behind the scene work that companies go through to incorporate influencers to enhance their brand. One thing that is crucial to this is influencer sourcing so I think this would be really fascinating to be able to work on this team and be able to do that.
